While the necklace, the chain, and the lettering are beautiful, the initial necklace didn’t work as a ring holder. It might be because I have large fingers, and thus larger rings, but no matter what I tried they would not stay on. Despite this, Aaron immediately answered me and came up with a solution to try next. His dedication to creating not just a beautiful piece but something actually useful is wonderful and his responsiveness was fabulous!
Love my new necklace! I requested an engraving other than just names so I appreciate Aaron accommodating that. The quality is really nice and the necklace is functional. I lose rings easily because I take them off for work and such so this will be a life saver for my engagement and wedding rings. Would definitely recommend!
This is absolutely amazing! The turn around time was about a week, but USPS lost it in the mail (go figure lol). When I reached out to customer service, he responded right away and within 4 days I had a new necklace. Highly reccomend for anyone wanting a customized ring necklace 🙏🙏🙏

The necklace is really cute but I was unable to use it as a necklace to keep my ring on. I messaged the seller and he asked if I had watched the video. I watched the video and practiced several times but my ring size 8 kept falling off. I will still wear the necklace but not as a ring holder which is what I paid for.
