Is Shipping Really Free Worldwide?

Yes. CelestialNecklace ships to most countries worldwide, with free standard shipping available to many destinations and no minimum purchase required. Express shipping options may also be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Customs authorities, postal services, or courier companies may require additional information or documentation before releasing a shipment. Delivery Times & Carrier Responsibility

While we always strive to assist our customers and monitor shipments when possible, CelestialNecklace cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays, disruptions, customs processing times, carrier-related issues, weather events, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery updates after shipment are managed by the carrier and local postal service.

Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is delayed, customers should first contact their local postal service or customs office for additional information.

Packages returned to CelestialNecklace due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to claim the package may be eligible for reshipment at the customer's expense.
